The Institute of Food Safety and Nutrition is launching a seminar series on July 30. These monthly seminars present new knowledge, engage with partners and stakeholders, and aim to inspire the next generation of food safety and nutrition experts. Our first seminar, “Identifying Food Safety Risk Factors and Educational Strategies for Consumers Purchasing Seafood and Meat Products Online,” will be presented by Dr. Sandria Godwin, from Tennessee State University, and Dr. William Hallman, from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. The seminar will be held in Waterfront Centre, Room 3220, and via Adobe Connect at 11 a.m. This seminar has been approved by the Commission on Dietetic Registration for 1 CPE unit.
