The annual Association for Communication Excellence in Agriculture, Natural Resources, and Life and Human Sciences Conference will be held in Charleston, SC, this year from June 8–11, 2015. NIFA’s Director Sonny Ramaswamy will speak on Tuesday, June 9 about the importance of communicating science as we move toward a hotter, flatter, more crowded earth. Representatives from NIFA’s communications staff will also present a breakout session about their approach to communicating science and the research, education, and extension impacts of NIFA funding.
