NIFA-18-015 VMLRP Loan Repayment Program Guidance

The Veterinary Medicine Loan Repayment Program (VMLRP) Guidance is a resources for veterinarians receiving a VMLRP award. This guidance document outlines the VMLRP loan repayment process, participant requirements and program policies. All participants should read this document carefully and refer to it as needed throughout participation in the program. Other individuals are welcome to review this document as it contains valuable information about participation in the program.

​The following charts are examples of how the service log should be formatted. The data that is entered in these charts is sample data and is used as a placeholder to better represent the desired format. The service logs should be completed in excel. To request a template of these charts email us.
