Calvin joins us from the Administration for Children and Families, Department of Health and Human Services where he served as Grants Management Officer in Washington, D.C. Previously, at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Calvin supervised the regulatory compliance, policy interpretation, and comprehensive performance management for an array of NASA research grant programs. Calvin also served as the principle advisor to the Innovative Partnerships Program Office (IPPO) where in that capacity he developed and directed the implementation of agency policies and procedures governing the use of grants and cooperative agreements in support of the IPPO mission. Calvin has over twenty years of Federal service in grant and cooperative agreement management and is a Management Concepts Incorporated Certified Grant Manager. He received a Master of Divinity from Howard University in Washington, DC, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.
