On January 17, 2018,  Dr. Joseph R. Sharkey presented a webinar titled “Why (and How) to Target Mexican-Heritage Fathers in a Family-Centered Program to Improve Nutrition and Increase Physical Activity among Their Children”. This seminar has been approved by the Commission on Dietetic Registration for 1.0 Continuing Professional Education Unit (CEU).*

  • Recognizing the factors that influence public perceptions of nanotechnology applied to food and agriculture.
  • Evaluating the influence of parameters of public acceptance in research and development on nanotechnology in food and agriculture.
