Reporting Web Conference Series
The Reporting Web Conference Series (RWC) is a bi-monthly series run by the NIFA Planning Accountability and Reporting Staff (PARS), which seeks to foster consistent, quality communication between NIFA leadership and its partners, including the Land-Grant University system. During the conferences, NIFA explains new or emerging reporting policies and procedures and gives grantees and administrators/business offices at the LGUs an opportunity to participate in real-time Q&A sessions.
The general topics covered by the RWC series include:
- AREERA State Plans of Work
- Annual Reports of Accomplishments
- Outcome Reporting
- Financial Reporting
Each bi-monthly web conference usually covers two topics — one related to software or report formats and one related to content quality guidance. Half of each conference is reserved for answering questions. In 2017, conferences are scheduled for the second Thursday of even months from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. (Eastern).

The RWC e-mail list notifies interested parties on news, schedules, and other issues related to the series.
