Pascale Jean, Ph.D.
Dr. Pascale C. Jean joins NIFA as a program specialist in the Division of Nutrition Institute of Food Safety and Nutrition (IFSN). Prior to joining USDA, she served as a health promotion manager for Cigna HealthCare where she helped various organizations create wellness strategies, as well as, plan, implement and evaluate their employee wellness program. Earlier, she served as a public health nutritionist for the Miami Dade County Health Department in South Florida. She holds a doctorate and master's degree in public health and a bachelor's degree in dietetics and nutrition from Florida International University.
